Shipping and Delivery

How does shipping work?

Once an order is placed, your product will be carefully packaged by our team member. Then it will be gently sent via Sendle Delivery, and you should receive it within 2-4 business days.

As soon as your order is sent, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number, so you can track the progress of the shipment from start to finish.

We usually require a signature on delivery, but due to current COVID-19 limitations, Sendle’s delivery driver may leave your package in a safe place or take it to your nearest post office if you are not home.

 

How much is the shipping fee?

Our shipping fee is FREE Australia-Wide!

 

How long will my order take?

Standard Shipping

  • Metro: 2-4 business days
  • Regional: 3-8 business days

* Be advised: When you place an order with us, we work with Sendle Delivery to get your package to you as quickly as possible. However, sometimes accident happens, and they aren’t able to deliver within the expected delivery times. When this is the case, your tracking number may show a ‘delayed’ delivery date.

 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been passed to Sendle Delivery, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to the Sendle website so you can follow the tracking updates!

 

What do I do if my order is lost/hasn’t been delivered?

We know that accident happens, and sometimes Sendle isn't able to deliver your order within the timeframe they quote. If this is the case, your tracking number may show a 'delayed' delivery date.

If your order hasn't been delivered within 20 business days of when it was shipped out, please contact us at support@jcrossmelb.com. We will launch an investigation with Sendle.

 

Product Questions

What is waterless foam cleaner made out of?

The waterless foam cleaner contains, among other ingredients: 1.8% Fatty Alcohol Polyoxyethylene Ethor Sodium Sulfate, 3.5% Fatty Alcohol Polyglycol Ether, 1.5% Coconut Oil Acid Diethanolamide, 0.4% Sodium Carbonate, 0.1% 5-Chloro-2-Methly-4-Isothiazolin-3-one and 92.7% Deionized Water.

 

Can I touch it with my hands?

Yes, our waterless foam cleaner is made with the best ingredients to be soft on your hands and tough on stains.

 

Is waterless foam cleaner tested on animals?

No, our products are not animal tested.

 

Does it contain Bleach?

No, our waterless foam cleaner is bleach-free to minimise health hazards and surface damage.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Do you have a returns policy?

Yes, we offer free returns for 30 days from date of delivery/receiving of order.

 

How long do I have to return my product?

We know that it can be tough to decide whether or not you want to keep a product, so we offer a 30-days return period for you to make sure this is the right fit for you. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

 

Can I return my order for a refund?

If you're not happy with your product, we will be happy to help you return it. All you have to do is send us an email at support@jcrossmelb.com requesting a return within 30-days of purchase and we will issue you a full refund.

 

Do I have to pay for returns?

No, you don’t! If you're looking to return your product, it's easy! All eligible returns (for both refunds and exchanges) within Australia will be covered with a free return shipping label that we are happy to organise for you, which means no expenses at the post office.

 

How long does it take for my return/exchange to be processed?

We strongly suggest that you send us a picture of your receipt from the post office as proof your return has been lodged. Once we have this information, we can action your refund immediately!

If you forget to grab the receipt, we'll have to wait for it to get back to our warehouse before we can process it.

 

How long does it take for my refund to be processed?

If you're eligible for a refund on your order, we'll send you an email to let you know that it's been processed from our end. From there, it will take 2-5 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank.

 

Payment

How secure is your payment?

We take your privacy and security extremely seriously. That's why we use Shopify Payments, which is an extremely secure and highly encrypted system designed to protect customers.

 

What payment types do you offer?

We love to make life easy for our customers!  We accept credit cards (Visa/Mastercard/American Express), debit cards and PayPal.
